This in-person relational healing workshop will happen over the course of 6 Saturdays between September 6 and November 15, 2025. The location for each session will change depending on the content and goals of each session, but all locations will be within an hour of the greater Madison, Wisconsin area.

Registration and Cost:

$1750, Pre-register before August 1, 2025 and pay $1500 ($250 off)! A deposit of $250 is due upon registration. A payment plan is available upon request, breaking payments into 3 payments after registration deposit, due Session 1, Session 3 and Session 5.

Schedule:

An introductory and preparation call will be scheduled with Kelly and Martha once you register.

Week 1 - September 6, 2025: Foundations of Safety & Connection
Orientation to the retreat container. Building internal and interpersonal safety. Introduction to somatic work and attachment theory. 

Week 2 - September 20, 2025: Embodiment & Emotional Literacy
Deepening into the body’s wisdom. Learning to track sensations, emotions, and triggers. Practicing co-regulation and self-regulation.

Week 3 - October 4, 2025: Relational Patterns & Protective Strategies
Exploring how early attachment shapes current relationships. Identifying unconscious defense mechanisms. 

BETWEEN WEEK 3 and 4: OPTIONAL ceremony with prep and integration (add $250 to total cost)

Week 4 - October 18, 2025: Breaking Through – Expansion & Release
Breathwork and relational repair sessions aimed at releasing stored trauma and grief. Continued somatic therapy. 

Week 5 - November 1, 2025: Integration & Inner Reparenting
Developing secure inner attachment. Practicing compassion, boundaries, and embodied truth. Integrative practices following peak experiences.

Week 6 - November 15, 2025: Embodied Relating & Reentry Preparation
Bringing healing into daily life. Creating support systems. Final group work, closing rituals, and third (optional) psychedelic session.

By signing up for this 6 session series, I agree to commit to all six sessions, barring serious illness or family emergency.
