ABOUT THE INSTITUTE

The Ayavolve Institute for Psychedelic Integration believes in the power of ayahuasca and other plant medicines to create social and personal change when worked within an intentional or ceremonial context. Therefore, The Ayavolve Institute functions primarily as an educational and healing institute.

We view the integration process as a long-term learning process influenced by the Indigenous worldview:

  • learning about the self in relationship to plant medicines
  • emotional learning and growing
  • learning about our mind-body-spirit connection and how to heal these pathways within
  • understanding and learning about one’s self in relationship to others and the greater world and cosmos

OUR MISSION

The Ayavolve Institute for Psychedelic Integration is committed to supporting Western people as they integrate lessons from plant medicines and other psychedelics using neo-shamanic framework to return individuals to a more indigenous worldview. We focus on support, responsibility, self awareness, personal meaning, and safety. We are further focused on fostering individual and social change through participation and integration of psychedelic and non-psychedelic ceremonies and rituals.

OUR STORY

After a decade of offering integration services to various communities around the United States, completing a doctoral degree focusing on ayahuasca and transformational change, I was inspired to begin the Ayavolve Institute for Psychedelic Integration because my clients were seeking out solid, grounded support offered in a heart-centered manner.

The Ayavolve Institute sees integration of psychedelic medicine to be holistic in nature, involving healing of emotions, mind, body, and spirit. We begin the process with the assumption that no two people are alike and therefore each person’s integration or psychedelic journey is unique.

Our goal is to create a culture of safety within the field of psychedelic work: this means being adamant about physical, spiritual, and emotional safety for everyone involved. As part of our mission to create safety and inclusivity: we honor women, people from all backgrounds and cultures, and operate from the Indigenous wisdom that honors the spirit within everyone and everything.
